As the Washington Communities for Children State Lead, Rachel is responsible for supporting the State and Regional implementation of the Help Me Grow Washington framework. She is experienced in non-profit management, early childhood coalition building and convening cross-sector partners around a shared purpose, and is deeply passionate about relationship building as a way to influence systems change. Rachel holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Washington. When not at work, Rachel enjoys cooking, exploring the great Pacific Northwest outdoors, and spending time with dear family and friends.
