Piloting and Co-piloting: Financial Aid Peer Mentors Leading the Way

Participants will learn best practices for developing, implementing, and evaluating pilot programming, with specific attention to continuous improvement cycles and co-creation with youth. Participants will learn about a current Tacoma College Support Network Financial Aid Mentor Pilot (FAM) with FAM youth co-presenters and TCSN partners sharing their reflections and experience in copiloting. Workshop participants will take action using pilot strategy planning tools which incorporate equity, youth voice, systems change, and data into project planning.
